Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear or damage.

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Store Credit: All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit for the full amount of the returned item(s).

Gift Card Process: Store credit will be converted into a gift card. The gift card can be used both online and in-store and has no expiration date.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Exchanges

Exchange Process: We do offer exchanges if the desired product is available in a different size. To exchange an item, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached, as stated in the return policy.

Exchange Availability: If we have the item in the requested size, we will initiate the exchange and send the new item once we receive the returned product.

Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Late or Missing Store Credit:
