Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: We accept returns for items within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear or damage.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

    • Sale items

    • Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

    • Accessories (such as jewelry, handbags, and hats)

    • Custom or personalized orders

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

  • Store Credit: All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit for the full amount of the returned item(s).

  • Gift Card Process: Store credit will be converted into a gift card. The gift card can be used both online and in-store and has no expiration date.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: We do offer exchanges if the desired product is available in a different size. To exchange an item, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached, as stated in the return policy.

  • Exchange Availability: If we have the item in the requested size, we will initiate the exchange and send the new item once we receive the returned product.

  • Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  2. Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for returning your item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.

  3. Packaging: Please securely pack your return or exchange in its original packaging, if possible.

Late or Missing Store Credit:

If you haven’t received your store credit or gift card after 7 business days, please check your email and spam folder. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at livieannboutique@gmail.com.
